Grande Cuisine to demonstrate CAPIC’s CAPITOP at Hotelympia 2014

Specialist food service equipment manufacturer Grande Cuisine will showcase CAPITOP, the small production kitchen solution, at the Excel in London between 28th April and the 1st May.

The CAPITOP, a multi-function boiling and bratt pan combination with a very small footprint, will feature on Grand Cuisine’s stand (number 2035), led by industry expert Steve Hobbs.

The stainless steel multipurpose device features a 35 litre boiling pan and a 20 dm² bratt pan, all controlled by a colour touch-screen panel for straightforward and easy to use adjustments, with control of tilting, temperature, time management and water measurement and the display of recipes.
