Steve Hobbs (CFSP)


With over 25 years’ experience in the food service industry, Stephen understands the design, supply and technical sales for food service equipment inside out. Having worked within design consultancy practice, equipment sales and general management, Stephen has operated extensively in the UK Europe, Middle East and Asia supplying cooking solutions to some of the most prestigious kitchens and renowned chefs.

Malcolm Morris (CFSP)

South UK – Area Sales Manager

Malcolm brings 20 years of industry knowledge and experience to Grande Cuisine having worked with dealers to help and advise them in specifying the best equipment solutions for their clients’ projects whilst reducing carbon emissions.

Malcolm’s role will contribute towards Grande Cuisine’s dealer growth strategy across the South of the United Kingdom, this by enhancing and strengthening long term dealer and consultant partnerships.

Natalie Hobbs

Finance & Admin Manager

Providing all aspects of support to the team, Natalie coordinates all office management on a day-to-day basis. Natalie also delivers telephone sales support, order processing, account management, finance and after sales support.

Bob Lowe

Technical Services Manager

Bob has worked as a catering service engineer for both large manufacturers, and himself, for over 20 years. With a traditional engineering background and an eye for detail, Bob brings a wealth of experience to Grande Cuisine. He is responsible for all technical support the company provides. Bob has a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues and training partner service companies.

Jack Leask (CFSP)

Technical Services Support

Jack provides a single point of contact for all our customers. Jack is responsible for managing engineers, dealing with service calls, monitoring spares stock and ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained. Although new to the catering industry, Jack has a keen and enthusiastic approach. With his 5 years retail experience, and an NVQ in customer service, Jack ensures that customers feel satisfied with the services provided.

Jo Graham

Customer Service Manager

Jo’s primary role is supporting the internal after-sales and technical teams and working alongside our administration team to assist it with client orders, product queries and general enquiries. She is also responsible for liaising with the company’s external supply partners and subcontractors. Jo’s secretarial, administration and customer service experience are an invaluable asset to the business.
