Grande Cuisine sponsoring Chefonomy 2014

The second iteration of the highly successful culinary innovators showcase will use products supplied by Grande Cuisine during demonstrations, and is to take place on the 14th April 2014 at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London.

Grande Cuisine Ltd, UK distributors of acclaimed cooking brands Adventys, Athanor and CAPIC, is proud to be supporting the prestigious Goodfellow and Goodfellow’s Chefonomy 2014. The event will feature demonstrations by internationally renowned chefs Oriol Castro (former chef at El Bulli) and Jason Atherton (previously of Gordon Ramsey Holdings), and will see 100% Chef Stalwarts Martin Lippo and Angel Salvador return to showcase their exciting techniques.

The event will be hosted by highly respected chef director Rob Kirby of Lexington Catering, and will also include demonstrations from suppliers such as Wellocks, True Foods and Big Green Egg.

As well as being one of the sponsors, Grande Cuisine will also be providing Adventys induction products for the chefs to demonstrate their techniques on. The Adventys induction plancha (BGIC) and twin ring hob (B2RIC) will provide professional heat and control to the chefs demonstrating at Chefonomy 2014.

The Chefonomy event is centred on innovation, allowing UK chefs to witness new techniques and creations from across the world. Chefonomy 2012 featured exciting demonstrations ranging from 100%Chef’s use of liquid nitrogen and dry ice, to the Big Green Egg Japanese kamado-style cooker.

If you should wish to attend you can register for a ticket here, admission is free to the product exhibition and 100%Chef demonstrations. If you would like to see the demonstration by Oriol Castro a nominal ticket price of £30 will be charged.
