Grande Cuisine Director joins CESA Council

Steve Hobbs, Managing Director of Grande Cuisine Ltd, has joined the Catering Equipment Suppliers’ Association’s Council.

The CESA council is focused on ensuring the continued development of the Association’s professionalism, networks and promoting the welfare of both its members and the catering equipment supplier industry.
With more than 20 years’ of catering industry experience, Hobbs will be one of 16 elected members responsible for CESA’s strategy and direction.

“We’re very pleased to have Steve among our council members,” said Keith Warren, CESA’s Director. “CESA will continue to work hard to enhance the industry’s professionalism and we look forward to his contributions over the coming months.”
Established over 70 years ago, CESA is a recognised association for companies involved in the manufacture, import/export, distribution, installation and servicing of commercial catering equipment. It operates with an ethos of good governance and transparency, providing representation for the industry while promoting its members interests and welfare.

With a membership of more than 160 leading companies within the industry, from equipment and ancillary services including utensils and tableware suppliers as well as main foodservice and hospitality, CESA’s priority is to serve its members within the industry with an emphasis on professional and responsible leadership – boosting standards and enhancing the commercial welfare of its membership.

CESA Council Members are responsible for the decision making of the association, in line with the CESA Limited Board’s vision.

I am excited to be able to serve on the Council and to represent the industry in this way,” says Steve Hobbs on his appointment.
