Grande Cuisine in 2019
So where did 2019 go!? I can not believe we are already at the close of the year when it only feels like it has just started.
It’s been an amazing year for us at Grande Cuisine as you’ll see from the newsletter below.
I’d like to thank all those within Grande Cuisine for their hard work and commitment and thank all out clients for their continued support over the year.
In the briefest of lines, here are some of our highlights throughout the year;
Jan 2019
Saw the installation of suite at HomeHouse and Athanor factory visit with team from Whatley Manor.
Feb 2019
Saw the installation of suite at Whatley Manor and MARENO suite at The Bingham.
March 2019
Saw a factory visit to Athanor with the team from The Stratford along with the installation of a MARENO suite at Browns Hotel in Mayfair.
April 2019
saw the completion and handover of Athanor suite at The Pig @ Bridge near Canterbury, Soutine in St Johns Wood and MARENO Suite at Les Platanes.
May 2019
Saw completion and handover of Athanor suite at Darbys Embassy Gardens for Robin Gill.
June 2019
Saw us exhibit at CKS in Birmingham and complete the install of our first MARENO IChef and Power Gaurdian at Oyster Club, Birmigham.
July 2019
Saw us complete the install and handover for 2x suite at The Stratford, London – one in The Brasserie and the second in Allegra, along with MARENO suite at The Kings Arms.
August 2019
Saw us undertake a client visit to Athanor with Nuffield College.
September 2019
Saw us involved at The Craft Guild of Chef Graduate awards presentation and install a new cook suite at No.50 Cheyne in two days.
October 2019
Saw us packing our bags for 5 days at HOST Milan, along with 2019 Michelin annoucements for our friends across the industry.
November 2019
Saw us involved with 1st regional final of National Game Chef of the Year @ Leiths in London, as well as participating at the first ever Public Sector Catering Expo.
December 2019
Saw us complete the install and handover of cook suite at Nuffield College, the second regional final for Game Chef of the Year at Kilmarnock College and bid a fond farewell to Graham Russell.
So, 2020 is upon us – and over the next 12 months we’ve got some amazing projects to bring to your attention, along with plenty of product news across our Athanor and MARENO ranges.
