Service + Support

‘first time’ fix rate on breakdown calls

Grande Cuisine offers a full and comprehensive after-sales support service to all clients as standard. The only way to get the highest level of performance from products supplied is to provide a hands-on and practical approach to resolving issues.

Our in-house factory trained technicians are on hand to provide on-site support or third-party service agent support. This service is enhanced by a third-party network of trained engineers, providing coverage to the whole of the UK.

All service partners are trained by the Grande Cuisine in-house technical support team and are on-hand to provide comprehensive post sale support to both clients and service partners. This includes site training for engineers, end user training for the lifetime of the product, maintenance, breakdown cover and preventative service visits.

We hold a comprehensive stock of front line spare parts in the UK to cover any eventuality of product failure. Grande Cuisine understands that down time of equipment has a severe impact on your business, so strives for a ‘first time’ fix rate on breakdown calls.

Installation

Grande Cuisine works with specialist installation companies covering all aspects of works, which may include the removal of existing products from site and disposal under WEEE regulations.

We also offer alterations to existing services to suit the needs of the new installation. Engineers are registered with relevant safe contracting schemes and comply with all current legislation.

Prior to any order being placed, Grande Cuisine will check with you as to the extent of the works needed to ensure the supply of your new product is as stress free as it can be.

With over 50 years’ combined experience, we appreciate that no two projects are the same and therefore treat every installation with the same level of expertise and care.

Maintenance

Grande Cuisine can provide fully customised maintenance support and extended warranties of equipment if so desired.

As with all technical products, your new Grande Cuisine equipment should be regularly maintained. This can be undertaken by third party companies, with support from Grande Cuisine if needed, to ensure good long-term operational results.

Alternatively, our factory-trained technicians can provide this for you on a tailored six monthly or annual contract basis. Where extended warranties are offered, all we ask for is proof that the product has been regularly maintained to support these warranties.

Spare Parts

Grande Cuisine carries all front-line spare parts in the UK to support the operation of products supplied. Whether it’s a tabletop Adventys induction hob, a modular cook suite by Mareno or a bespoke suite from Athanor, down time for any failures should be kept to a minimum.

If required, clients can also have front line spares on site for further peace of mind. All parts are shipped on a next day courier service to reduce potential down time.
