Fischers, London
Corbin & King’s new venture, Fischer’s Restaurant, is an ‘informal neighbourhood café and konditorei’ powered by a bespoke Athanor cook suite. Located in Marylebone High Street, this project was undertaken in association with Sefton Horn Winch and Hallmark Kitchens.

Boodles, London
This prestigious London gentlemen’s club, founded in 1762, was recently provided with a bespoke Athanor cooking suite. The 95% electric solution was undertaken in association with Sefton Horn Winch, and was completed in August 2014.

Royal Garden, London
A five-star hotel in the heart of Kensington, this installation allowed for a significant reduction in energy costs, through a 95% electric suite. The Athanor suite provided has enhanced the kitchen’s capabilities.

The Chester Hotel, Aberdeen
A luxury hotel and restaurant situated on Queens Road, Chester was provided with CAPIC cookware to enhance their kitchen service. With equipment from both the CAPIC Celtic 800 Series and CAPIC Aven 700 series being installed to best suit restaurant’s needs, undertaken through CNG Food Service Equipment.

Roka, London
A Japanese restaurant that specialises in robatayaki cuisine, Roka was recently equipped with a solution from Grande Cuisine’s modular range. The CAPIC suite provided has maximised the utility of a site with limited cooking space, and was undertaken in an overnight installation through Salix.

Bistro 21, Durham City
A bistro-style restaurant located in North East England, Bistro 21 is all about flavours, powered by an all-electric CAPIC 800 series, the unit’s versatility, resilience and reduced energy use has enhanced the venue’s service.

Clarke’s, London
A leading London restaurant, Clarke’s recently undertook delivery of a new CAPIC solution, enhancing their kitchen’s performance and capabilities through induction technology. Offering increased energy efficiency, it also increased employee comfort within the kitchen.


Ynyshir Hall, Chester
Situated within a Welsh mansion, parts of which date back to the 15th Century, Ynyshir Hall is undergoing a total kitchen refurbishment, with a new Athanor wall suite being installed, as well as a CAPIC salamander grill. Undertaken in partnership with C&C, this project is due to be completed at the end of January 2015.

Cliveden House Hotel, Tapden
One of the country’s leading luxury five-star hotels, Cliveden House is upgrading their kitchen facilities with a new Athanor island suite. Undetaken in partnership with design consultant Graham Barrie, this project is due to be completed at the end of January 2015.

Coach, Marlow
Leading UK Chef Tom Kerridge’s new Buckinghamshire premises, due to open at the end of November 2014, includes an enamelled Athanor wall suite with a bespoke mixture of elements. This installation has been undertaken in conjunction with Salix.
