Multiple Pan Use

Hob designed to operate with either 1x large rectangular pan (up to 1/1Gn size) or 2x small pans (up to 25cm diameter per pan).

Pan Usage

Induction will work with pans or ceramics having a ferritic base, such as cast iron, enamelled iron and specific induction pans. Induction can also be used with cast iron searing / griddle plates for grilling meats, fish, and vegetables.


650mm wide x 405mm deep x 96mm high (Usable surface 530mm wide x 325mm 1/1GN). Maximum Pan size 250mm diameter per ring or 1/1GN sized container.


6.0 kW (2 x 3000w / 12.2amp load per zone) - 2 x 208-240 VAC, 1 PH - Unit fitted as standard with Five core 1.5m cable or it can upon request be supplied with 2 x UK three pin plug rated at 13amp (one for each zone)..


Unit shipped in box suitable for transportation  - Sizes TBC at shipping.
