Grande Cuisine is set to demonstrate its high performance Adventys range of induction cookware at the Lockhart Catering's 'The Show' event taking place at Old Trafford, Manchester on Wednesday the 1st of July.

Grande Cuisine will be showcasing its full range of Adventys products at the Lockhart event, from both its single-phase and three-phase lines. The Adventys cookware range offers safety, precision and efficiency above and beyond other forms of cookware. Induction cooking technology effectively turns the base of pots and pans into a heating element, rather than indirectly heating them.

The Restaurant Show - Grande Cuisine is set to showcase several products from their successful CAPIC and Adventys range, including a newly commissioned all-electric CAPIC suite set to be installed at Lakes Distillery, in Bassenthwaithe, Cumbria.

Grande Cuisine (stand F19) is to exhibit at the Restaurant Show, which runs from the 6th to the 8th of October, at Earls Court 2, London.


Grande Cuisine will be literally centre stage at this years bi-annual trade exhibition on London. Taking some 60+m of space on the centre aisle of the show Grande Cuisine will show case for the first time the entire range of Adventys induction appliances. This ranges form 2.5kW entry-level product, through to a comprehensive range of tabletop 3kW appliance, to the new Sapphire front of house range and heavy duty three phase modular product. Along with Adventys will be an all electric Athanor suite featuring radiant hobs, Plaque Athanor plancha, 3 phase induction (from Adventys), traditional style cast iron lined roasting oven, hot holding drawers and an range of options not shown in the UK before. Along side this will be a range of CAPIC 700 and 800 Series modular product. The 700 Series is ideally suited to small kitchens where performance and build quality must combine to be give optimum results in a tight space. On display will be a range of gas and electric equipment showing the diversity of CAPIC and what can be achieved with such a versatile range of equipment.
